Noah and the Whale’s got new stuff coming out too

On March 7th, aka REMBOW DAY. So is that REMBOWAH DAY now?

2009’s heartbreaking The First Days of Spring was one of my favourites on that immensely strong year and the debut’s rather swell too. Based on the lead single “L.I.F.E.G.O.E.S.O.N.” the new one Last Night on Earth is taking a more positive-sounding route again (although the debut did disguise its rather moody lyrics to happy melodies deceivingly often): it’s insanely catchy and hyper-feelgood in the exact best way possible. In other words, it’s a rather awesome stroll.

I can’t get over how utterly lovely that track is. They’re also previewing a song called “Wild Thing” which I can’t say anything about: I enjoyed it, but right now I’m too obsessed with LIFEGOESON. Which is also available on HQ sans the video here, for optimal feel-good frolicing.

So good.
